Nashua & Milford, NH | In-Person, Full-Time
Compensation & Schedule
- High Volume, High Earnings: Our shop is busy! Our A-Level Techs average 50–60 Booking Hours weekly.
- Top performers Ave earning $130K annually
- Hourly Base Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 / hour (Based on experience)
- Overtime Pay: $45.00 – $75.00 / hour (Built-in overtime: 45-hour work week)
- Additional Pay: Performance & productivity incentives available
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (45 hours/week). No nights, no weekends.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a diverse mix of domestic and import vehicles.
- Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, braking, HVAC, and engine performance issues.
- Utilize cutting-edge scan tools and digital inspection systems to ensure precision.
- Document your findings and recommendations clearly to support our service advisors.
- Adhere to manufacturer standards to guarantee safe, reliable repairs.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to apprentice technicians when needed.
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and professional.
What We’re Looking For
Technical skills needed:
- Advanced diagnostics and electrical work
- Skill Set: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities, especially with electrical and drivability issues (A-Level or Master Technician level).
- European vehicle experience preferred
- Complex problem solving in 20 minutes
- Can bus networks, ADAS calibration
- Efficient on both diagnostic and routine maintenance
- Experience: 5 years of professional automotive repair experience (Required).

Job Requirements:
- 5 years of automotive technician experience (required)
- B / A-Level or Master Technician skill set
- ASE Certification (preferred; Master-level a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Drug test required
