Pay: $17.00 per hour plus tips

Job Summary:
The In-Room Dining Server is critical to the guest experience, delivering meals and in-room dining requests with seamless, efficient service, ensuring every order is handled with precision, warmth, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Service guest rooms daily to inspect minibar consumption
- Accurately record and charge consumed food and beverage items using the Simphony POS system (room charges)
- Restock minibar items to established standards and presentation guidelines
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure product quality at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage and carts
- Track inventory usage and report stock levels to management on a weekly basis
- Communicate any discrepancies, maintenance issues, or guest concerns promptly
- Follow all resort policies, safety procedures, and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, call center, or restaurant operations preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Simphony, is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or food & beverage preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems (Simphony experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies (up to ~25–30 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
