Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or high-level desk manager
- Strong appraisal and buying skills
- Experience managing high-volume used inventory
- Knowledge of Auto or inventory management tools preferred
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced dealership environment
Requirements:
- Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Two years of automotive sales experience
- One year in a dealership management position
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent managerial skills
