Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Mishawaka, IN. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating with customers about their vehicle needs, and coordinating aftersales services. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, documenting service requests, managing repair orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The Service Advisor will work closely with the service team to deliver a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
Qualifications

- Experience in Aftersales services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
