Site Overview
The Dallas manufacturing facility is in two locations in close proximity of each other and is part of our Marine & Industrial Business Unit currently employing approaching 50 employees in total.
This role will require the successful candidate to be eligible to work in the USA and is an on-site position.
Purpose
The HR Administrator will report into the Site Manager and provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR Function, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Skills & Experience
- 3 years experience in a HR generalist role
- Previous experience of HR administrative role in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- Strong team-player & communicator who is able to interact effectively at all organisational levels both internally and externally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to prioritise workload
- Must be capable of successfully prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are met & stakeholders are kept up to date.
