- Location: Cody, Wyoming | Ability to relocate within 90 days of hire is required
- Employment: Full-Time
- Compensation: $65,000-$160,000 /yr
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Represent Gunwerks at industry trade shows, showcasing our products and engaging with customers.
- Participate in Long Range University classes and demonstration events to enhance product knowledge.
- Utilize CRM software to track, report, and manage sales activities with precision.
- Accurately assess and categorize sales pipeline stages to support reliable revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales goals and contribute to the company’s success.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years in sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
