Key Responsibilities

Full Cycle Accounting: Managing the General Ledger, executing the full month-end close process, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations.
- Core Operations: Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and managing timely customer collections and vendor payments.
- Payroll & Compliance: Processing accurate company payroll, managing employee deductions, and preparing/filing all federal and state payroll and sales tax returns.
- Manufacturing Finance: Performing cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, variance analysis, and tracking manufacturing overhead.
- Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of internal financial statements and management reports.
Qualifications We're Looking For
2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a general ledger role, including full-cycle month-end close.
- High proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Cody, WY.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience processing multi-state payroll and related tax filings.
