We are proud of our rich family heritage and strive to improve every day.Lead HVAC Refrigeration Installer Responsibilities:Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems. Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.Effectively leads others.Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and MissionCompletes any additional tasks or work required by SupervisorLead HVAC Refrigeration Installer Qualifications:3 years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigerationEPA and RMGA certification requiredMust be professional and have the ability to teach and train othersMust be able to pass a HVAC skills testAbility to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
