What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Finance Manager position at Gunther Volkswagen?
Gunther Volkswagen and Volvo of Delray Beach is currently accepting applications for a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager. The F&I Manager will oversee car deals packages in support of our Finance, Sales, and Accounting departments.
This position requires frequent travel between our Delray Beach and Pompano Beach stores.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct contract preparation to ensure accurate and timely financing solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing clear explanations of financing options, upselling additional products or services, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Prepare bank financing, title, lease and loan documents and ensure all required documents are accurately completed and adhere to all legal requirements, while verifying accuracy of customer and vehicle information on contracts
- Utilize financial software systems for loan processing, credit reporting, and record keeping while maintaining meticulous records of all transactions
- Work closely with Sales Managers and the Accounting Department to ensure prompt processing of all deals
- Daily logging and reconciling all deliveries/sales.
- Mentor sales staff on finance products and credit procedures to enhance overall dealership performance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in automotive dealership finance management or a similar role
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Expertise in negotiation, credit analysis, contract review, and regulations
- Basic math, computer, and data entry skills
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and legal documentation related to automobile sales financing
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
