What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aerial Treetop Guides & Monitors position at Gunstock Mountain Resort?
These positions start as weekends only for May and June. For July and August, it will be Thursdays through Sundays (approximately 30 hours/week) In September and October, it drops back to weekends only. (There is potential for some mid-week hours in the fall)

They are actively coaching and assisting guests of all ages as they tackle New England's largest aerial adventure course! Our ideal candidate is...
- A people person and good at motivating and encouraging others to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves.
- Love when you get to make someone's day better.
- An excellent communicator
- You're motivated and driven to be the best version of you.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be a Guide.
- Monitors need to be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work in variable weather conditions at heights of 10'-100' for extended periods of time.
- Ability to climb, zip, and swing your way through the trees.
- Must be able to regularly move 25 lbs; frequently move 50 lbs.
- Must have an uncompromising commitment to safety!
