Quality Control & Supply Runner Opportunity

Guns N' Hoses Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Quality Control & Supply Runner to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This full-time Quality Control & Supply Runner position is ideal for an experienced roofing professional who enjoys working in the field, ensuring quality workmanship, supporting crews, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Quality Control & Supply Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring every roofing and siding project is completed to Guns N' Hoses' standards while supporting production operations throughout the Grand Rapids area.

Compensation

• $25.00 per hour
  
  
• Full-time W-2 position (40 hours per week)
  
  
• Additional after-hours repair opportunities may be available for qualified individuals.
  
  

Quality Control & Supply Runner Responsibilities

As a Quality Control & Supply Runner, you will:

• Perform final quality inspections on completed roofing and siding projects.
  
  
• Ensure subcontractor work meets Guns N' Hoses quality standards.
  
  
• Deliver materials and supplies to active job sites.
  
  
• Pick up final customer payments when necessary.
  
  
• Assist with field coordination and job site support.
  
  
• Support small roofing and siding repair needs as assigned.
  
  
• Travel throughout the Grand Rapids service area (typically within a 60–90 minute radius, with occasional travel beyond that).
  
  

Quality Control & Supply Runner Qualifications

To be successful as a Quality Control & Supply Runner, you should have:

• Minimum 5 years of roofing and siding experience required.
  
  
• Residence in or near the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing and siding installation and repair.
  
  
• The ability to identify workmanship issues and maintain quality standards.
  
  
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• English speaking proficiency.
  
  
• A dependable, self-motivated, and professional work ethic.
  
  
• The ability to lift and carry materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  
  

Tools & Equipment

• Company vehicle provided for work-related responsibilities.
  
  
• Basic hand tools are preferred.
