We have a creative, professional, innovative team, and our goal at our upscale craft cocktail bar is to accommodate guests traveling from all over the world. Our bar specializes in creating one-of-a-kind drinks and maintaining an extensive selection of reserved liquors. In order to create an unforgettable experience for our clients, we take great pride in our unique bar experience as well as our excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Hotel check-ins and customer service (10 rooms)
- Hotel room checks with housekeeping (10 rooms)
- Opening and closing of the bar
- Creating craft cocktails
- Juicing and creating syrups
- Stocking
- Events
- Brainstorming creative ideas to better the GR team and Bar
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate drink orders for banquets and events
Experience:
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Proficient in working with POS systems
- Strong math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple drink orders during peak hours
