- Provide overall leadership, integration, and accountability across multiple contract workstreams, ensuring successful execution of development, operations, maintenance, and enhancement activities
- Oversee performance across all functional areas, ensuring delivery of program outputs in alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
- Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, status reporting, and issue resolution
- Manage delivery of all contract deliverables, including work plans, sprint artifacts, status reports, and compliance documentation
- Lead Agile program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements and respond to evolving requirements
- Ensure adherence to federal security, privacy, and accessibility standards, including continuous monitoring, risk management, and authorization support
- Direct integrated technical teams supporting enterprise applications, cloud-based systems, collaboration platforms, and data/analytics environments
- Identify and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and performance issues while maintaining continuity of operations
- Oversee lifecycle management activities, including system enhancements, user support, and technology modernization efforts
- Support governance forums and executive reviews by preparing materials, tracking decisions, and driving action closure
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs involving development, operations, and maintenance activities
- Demonstrated experience overseeing web platforms, content management systems, and enterprise collaboration environments (e.g., Drupal, SharePoint, or similar technologies)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams delivering integrated solutions across multiple workstreams
- Experience delivering solutions in cloud or hybrid environments, including coordination across application, infrastructure, and security functions
- Experience supporting systems subject to federal security, privacy, and accessibility requirements
- Strong experience managing program delivery, including schedule, risk, performance, and stakeholder engagement
- PMP certification
- Agile certification

- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure)
- Security (or equivalent)
- Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
