Gunnison Country Food Pantry is hiring a full‑time Operations Director to help lead our mission of providing food assistance to neighbors in the Gunnison Valley. This leadership role oversees daily operations, volunteer coordination, program delivery, and organizational systems that keep services running smoothly and effectively.
Ideal candidates will bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, social sciences, nonprofit management, or environmental and sustainability studies. Strong candidates demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; proven organizational and multitasking abilities; sound decision‑making; and a collaborative, mission‑driven mindset. Experience working with volunteers, supervising teams, or managing community‑based programs is highly valued.
