As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Assistant to support our team in their efforts to maintain customer satisfaction across the Southeast region and beyond.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Assistant to support daily office and service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a small team, communicates effectively, and thrives in a service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering phones in a friendly, positive manner
· Collaborate with service technicians to complete service and maintenance reports
· Enter service orders and maintain accurate customer information (Quickbooks Online and HubSpot)
· Collaborate with Warehouse Tech to order parts for customers (Using SOS Inventory)
· Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks, including QuickBooks data entry and Excel spreadsheet management
· Provide general office support such as filing, editing documents, and additional administrative duties as needed (using MS Office Suite, Sharepoint)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
- Previous office experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe, Quickbooks, Hubspot, and/or SOS Inventory preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
