San Diego – Corporate Associate (Junior/Mid-Level)

We are searching for junior/mid-level associate to join our Corporate group in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, venture capital financings and mergers & acquisitions. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem. Depending on existing experience, your practice at Gunderson would involve a mix of counseling early stage entrepreneurs, and representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A . You will have significant client contact on a daily basis, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors and general partners of venture funds. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.

Job Requirements

• JD 2022 - 2024
• Previous large law firm experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Candidates must be admitted into the State Bar of California
  
  

Salary Range
