Job Description
Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Corporate Clerk in our Los Angeles office. As we are currently working remotely, remote work will be required until the office reopens in January of 2022. This unique opportunity is designed for recent BA/BS college graduates. Our Paralegal Training Program provides direct exposure to a corporate law firm environment, while working closely with our attorneys and clients in diverse types of transactions, including public offerings, mergers and venture capital financings. You will learn valuable analytical and writing skills while experiencing first-hand the legal and business issues facing technology companies ranging in size from start-ups to large public companies.
Job Requirements
Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills. This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work.
Educational Requirements
- BS/BA degree.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Status
- Full Time, Non-Exempt.
