Job Description
RN/LPN Full or Part-time Evening position. Plans, organizes and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care using established policies and procedures. Instructs and supervises staff. Performs duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Minnesota.

- Admit, discharge, and transfer of residents
- Administration of medications
- Documentation in resident chart on computer
- Provide care according to plan of care
- Delegate and supervise of staff
Qualifications
- Current license in the State of MN
- Ability to pass a criminal background check in MN
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Communication Skills
- Computer experience helpful but will train
