What's Available
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Starting wage of $19.05/hour more with experience
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts, no weekends or major holidays!
- Typical hours are 8am-4:30 pm
- Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI
- Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
- Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
- Various other admin and clerical tasks

- High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
- Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
