Scheduling Specialist (Full-time, Podiatry)

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. What's Available:

• Full-time - 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm (8-hour shifts)

• Department: Podiatry

• On-site in Onalaska, remote eligible after training

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills and attention to details

• Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
