Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Full time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekdays only with no weekends, holidays, or on call.
• Hourly pay range $35.52 - $55.57 , adjusted for years of experience.
• Provide comprehensive surgical nursing care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Valid Wisconsin RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required.

As a Surgical RN at Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro, you will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience. Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and a dedicated care team, you will help ensure safe, high-quality care rooted in empathy amplified. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a rural community while contributing to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide competent, patient-centered nursing interventions and education.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care plan updates accurately.

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support patient and family-centered care.
