Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Part-time, 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two weeks)
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with one rotating day off per week
No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Obstetrics, Gynecology, and GYN-Urology.
- Support patients through MyCare messaging, phone triage, clinic education appointments, new OB visits, and clinic procedures, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and respected.
- Occasionally provide pre-planned cross-coverage support for OB/GYN services in Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI.
- Join a collaborative team of ~10 experienced RNs in a highly engaged and supportive clinic environment.
- Contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Starting pay of $30.46/hour, with increases based on experience.

- Associate Degree in Nursing (required).
- RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire; Minnesota RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in OB/GYN, women’s health, or procedural settings.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills, a proactive mindset, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care.
