Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy day shifts, meaningful patient relationships, and the work you love—all in the beautiful coulee region of western Wisconsin.
What You’ll Do
As a Cardiology Clinic RN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cardiac care journey.
- Work 72 hours per pay period (0.9 FTE)
- Schedule includes 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements)
- Provide our signature LOVE MEDICINE to patients at our Main Clinic in La Crosse, with potential hours at our Onalaska Clinic
- Perform a wide range of ambulatory cardiology nursing functions, including:
- Phone triage and patient education for cardiac procedures
- Medication refills and optimization visits
- Managing Epic In-Basket and MyChart patient messages
- Assisting with cardiac procedure coordination
- Enjoy opportunities to cross-train and work in additional cardiology subspecialties

- Starting pay: $30.46/hour, with additional compensation based on experience

- Minimum of associate degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year RN experience in cardiology and/or ambulatory setting
