Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Supervisor, GI Lab
As THe Supervisor, GI Lab, you’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager, and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab.

Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Supervisor, GI Lab
As THe Supervisor, GI Lab, you’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager, and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab.
What You Will Do
- Work a 1.0 FTE salaried position
- Collaborate with the GI Lab Clinical Manager to carry out the vision, objectives, and strategies consistent with the system’s mission, vision, and goals
- Provide day-to-day leadership support to staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time
- Support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards
- Provide follow-up on quality and safety events
- Lead approximately 42 direct reports (RNs) and manage performance
- Support smooth daily operations within the GI Lab
- Build and strengthen leadership skills
- Develop knowledge in human resources, unit operations, and financial management
- Attend New Leader Onboarding classes
- Enjoy autonomy and a strong collaborative relationship with the Clinical Manager
- Work in an environment that values and supports you—personally and professionally
- RN licensure to work in Wisconsin
- Relevant clinical experience in GI, procedural, or acute care nursing preferred
- Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and support a large team of caregivers
- Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care
