Registered Nurse – Viroqua Renal Dialysis

At Viroqua Renal Dialysis, you’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages living with kidney disease.
What You Will Do
- Work 12-hour shifts starting at 4:45 or 5:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Provide dialysis care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
- Perform patient assessments, manage treatments, and ensure safe, effective dialysis
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

- Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Critical thinking for complex patient care and treatment management
- Technical expertise in dialysis machine setup and monitoring
- Hands-on skills for vascular access (central lines, AV fistula/graft cannulation)
- Knowledge of renal water room systems and routine water testing
- Leadership ability to delegate and oversee dialysis team members
