Emplify Health by Gundersen Tri-County is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. Emplify Health by Gundersen Tri-County is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. This role performs a full range of laboratory testing, collects blood specimens, completes EKGs, and helps ensure accurate, timely results while supporting quality, compliance, and collaboration across the lab.
What You Will Do
- 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week)
- 8-hour shifts (between 6am-9pm)
- Every 5th weekend and work 1-2 holidays/year
- Starting Pay: $29.70/hour more based on your years of experience

- Associate degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Primary source verification or a copy of the applicant's/employee's diploma/transcript for the specific degree listed must be on file at time of hire.
- Medical Technologist (MT)Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), preferred
