Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN for Acute Renal Dialysis. Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with acute and chronic dialysis needs.
What You Will Do
- 0.75 FTE = 60 hours/every two weeks
- 12-hour shifts 6:00am-6:30 pm and 5:30am-6:00pm
- Every 3rd weekend, includes a Friday and Saturday shift in house
- Care for patients with kidney disease/injury providing Renal Dialysis and Apheresis
- $24.09-$34.72/hour (wage based on years of experience)
