Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Clinical Manager to lead operations within our Neuroscience Clinic in La Crosse, WI. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing teams and support strategic growth across several subspecialties.

Clinical Manager – Neuroscience Clinic

Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Clinical Manager to lead operations within our Neuroscience Clinic in La Crosse, WI. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing teams and support strategic growth across several subspecialties.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage clinical operations for the Injection Clinic, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), and Pain Medicine.
- Oversee a team of approximately 30 direct reports, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, PeriOp Techs, Department Secretaries, and a Massage Therapist.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Neuroscience Clinic Managers, Clinical Operations Director, and Medical Director to achieve unit goals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, staff development, and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in strategic planning and change facilitation, including competency development and cross-coverage coordination.

- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a health-related field
- 3-5 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
- Desired:
- RN license in the state of Wisconsin (preferred but not required)
- 1 year of management experience
