We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator who can step into a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and produce consistent, high-quality work. If you want to be part of a shop that actually cares about craftsmanship instead of cutting corners, you’ll fit in here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- MIG welding steel components
- Fabricating parts from drawings, fixtures, and jigs
- Assembling flatbeds, bumpers, accessories, and custom parts
- Grinding, fitting, prepping, and finishing welded assemblies
- Maintaining a clean, organized, efficient workspace
- Following our quality-control process (no missed welds, no guessing)
What We Need From You
- Strong MIG welding skills (aluminum experience is a major bonus)
- Ability to read drawings/measurements
- Good attention to detail and consistency
- Takes pride in work — no “good enough” mentality
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Can operate basic fabrication tools (saws, grinders, etc.)
- Team player who can handle a fast production pace
