We’re hiring a Delivery Lead to ensure high-quality execution across developer engagements. You’ll own onboarding, performance monitoring, and client coordination — ensuring each placement starts strong and continues delivering value.

This is a high-visibility role: you'll represent the company in front of client executives and internal stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and high output — with strong communication skills, clear writing, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Lead and refine onboarding processes for new developer engagements — ensuring fast, clean handoffs and high-quality starts
• Engagement Management: Monitor ongoing developer performance and client satisfaction; flag and address issues early
• Retention and Renewal Support: Help ensure continuity by supporting renewals and transitions when needed, in coordination with client and internal teams
• Process Execution: Operate structured workflows to keep delivery consistent, organized, and scalable
• Client & Internal Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, communicating clearly and professionally at all levels
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve friction points; use data and feedback to drive ongoing delivery quality

What We’re Looking For

• 4 years of experience in delivery, operations, customer success, consulting, or staffing
• Detail-oriented and reliable — you thrive on clarity, accuracy, and follow-through
• Excellent communicator — strong writing, client-facing presence, and internal coordination
• Tech-comfortable — able to navigate developer environments and collaborate with technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret delivery data and make clear, informed decisions
• Proactive and solutions-driven — you don’t wait to be told when something needs fixing
