Role Description
This is a Full-time or Part-time, on-site role for a Production Operator located in Phoenix, AZ. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining efficient production line workflows. Additional responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, communicating effectively with team members, receiving training as required, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Machine Operation and managing tasks on Production Lines
- Familiarity with Quality Control processes to ensure standards are met
- Effective Communication skills for teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to participate in and apply Training programs
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
