About Us

Gumloop is the AI automation platform for the enterprise. We give teams the power to easily build and deploy AI agents, in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or standalone, that automate real work across hundreds of integrations with no engineering background required. The platform has three pillars:

• Agents — Conversational AI assistants that use tools (integrations, workflows, code sandbox, MCP servers) to accomplish open-ended tasks. Unlike workflows that follow fixed paths, agents decide which tools to use and when, adapting based on context. Users configure agents with a system prompt, a model, and a set of tools. Agents can be deployed to a chat UI, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, and can run autonomously via scheduled or event-based triggers.
• Workflows — Visual, drag-and-drop automations composed of connected nodes on a canvas. Each node is a discrete operation (call an API, run AI, read a spreadsheet, send an email). Workflows are deterministic and repeatable. They can be triggered manually, on a schedule, via webhook, or by external events (new email, Slack message, etc.). Workflows can also be attached to agents as callable tools — the agent orchestrates, the workflow executes.
• Gumstack — Enterprise-grade MCP hosting, observability, and AI governance. Organizations provision managed MCP servers, control which AI models are available, audit every tool call, and enforce security policies across all agents and workflows.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Technical Sourcer to own the top of our recruiting funnel as we scale the engineering, research, and product teams building Gumloop. You'll be the first person candidates meet and the engine that keeps our pipelines full of exceptional talent. This role is for someone who loves the hunt and wants to shape a sourcing function from the ground up at a company that is already shipping to the world's best teams.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for our highest-priority roles across the company
• Craft personalized, high-signal outreach that actually gets responses from passive, in-demand candidates
• Partner directly with our founders and engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into precise search parameters
• Track and optimize funnel metrics (response rate, conversion, time-to-hire) and continuously A/B test messaging and channels
• Keep Ashby clean, organized, and the single source of truth for every candidate interaction
  
  

What You Bring

• 2 to 8 years of technical sourcing experience at a top-tier tech company
• Proven track record sourcing for engineering talent with measurable funnel outcomes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (Ashby, Gem, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Excellent written communication skills. You can write outreach that sounds like a real person and gets replies
• Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and the pace of an early-stage company
• Genuine interest in AI, agents, and the next wave of enterprise software
  
  

Bonus

• Prior experience working in-house at an early-stage startup
• Hands-on experience with Ashby as your primary ATS (pipeline management, automations, reporting)
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools like Juicebox, or Gem AI Sourcing

Compensation Range: $135K - $175K
