What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Specialist position at Gully Transportation?
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
· Recruitment and solicitation of company drivers through various advertisement mediums and lead generation.
· Manages the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings.
· Develops and maintains a full understanding of the local driver labor market.
· Help improve Company Driver Retention
· Works with operations to identify staffing needs and requirements.
· Develops and maintains relationships with drivers through a variety of sources, thru social media, phone call engagement and face to face.
· Maintains and promotes DOT compliance during recruitment and hiring process.
· Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all phases of recruitment process.
· Reviewing weekly reports on Driver performance.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Capacity to multitask and handle high levels of stress.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast pace, changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
