Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise in hospitality, sales, and customer service will be essential in providing personalized travel solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Must be 18 years old and up.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests.
- Handle all aspects of travel planning including flights, hotels, cruise, and tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during travel.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and promotions to offer informed advice.
- Manage reservations and ensure all details are accurately communicated to clients.
- Address any issues or changes that may arise before or during the trip.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and popular destinations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings effectively.
- A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
- Solid computer skills, including email, web-based platforms, and basic office software
