Job Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development of agentic AI capabilities, including lifecycle management, evaluation, and monitoring tools. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, product, and enterprise customers to design and deliver scalable AI agent systems.
The ideal candidate has experience in AI/ML product management, enterprise B2B platforms, and developer tool ecosystems. This position requires a hands-on technical approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of agentic AI products, including studio tools and lifecycle management systems.
- Define and track product adoption and consumption metrics across enterprise clients.
- Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into product features.
- Partner with enterprise clients in sectors such as utilities, aerospace, and defense.
- Manage product strategy and execution for industrial-scale AI agent systems.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and priorities.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product management within AI, ML, or conversational technology.
- Experience with developer or ML platforms, agent lifecycle tools, or studio frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B product design and adoption metrics.
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure, robotics, or industrial IoT (preferred).
- Technical proficiency with modern AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work West Coast hours and travel to the Bay Area as needed.
