Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contractor to join our team. The Contractor will be responsible for executing high-quality work while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute drywall installation and finishing, including taping and mudding.
- Build structures according to blueprints and specifications, including framing, roofing, and siding.
- Conduct plumbing tasks as needed, ensuring all installations meet code requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide accurate construction estimating for upcoming projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple areas of construction including, drywall, roofing, plumbing, Bathroom remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
