To support this growth, we are hiring a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our online presence and help us elevate the Gulla CPA brand across all platforms.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager who can produce daily, high-quality content, manage all our social media channels, and build a consistent brand voice that reflects Gulla CPA’s mission: helping business owners save taxes legally, grow profitably, and build wealth.
You will work directly with our leadership team and coordinate content across multiple platforms including:
- Gulla CPA company pages
- Leadership and partner LinkedIn accounts
- YouTube (short videos)
- Event and webinar promotions
This role is perfect for someone who loves content, understands business audiences, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Do
Daily Content & Brand Management
- Create and post daily content across all social media channels
- Help build and manage the personal brands of leadership team members
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, captions, short articles, and newsletters
- Repurpose long-form content into micro-content (carousels, quotes, shorts)
Video & Graphic Creation
- Produce short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create clean, professional graphics and carousels
- Edit and caption leadership videos
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Execute marketing campaigns for conferences, webinars, and events
- Track analytics, identify trends, and adjust content based on performance
- Drive consistent brand messaging tied to accounting, tax strategy, and business growth
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the CEO and partners to extract ideas and draft content
- Coordinate content for team members posting 3 times/week
- Manage scheduling tools and workflows
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms during rapid company growth
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing social media for a business or professional services brand
- Strong writing skills (storytelling, ghostwriting, business writing)
- Ability to create simple but clean graphics
- Ability to produce and edit short-form videos
- Experience posting content daily
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn (this is our #1 platform)
- Ability to simplify complex topics (tax, accounting, financial concepts)
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling firm
- Takes ownership, brings ideas, and works proactively
- HubSpot CRM experience
Preferred
- Experience with accounting, tax, finance, or B2B professional services
- Knowledge of small business challenges and tax-saving strategies
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Experience supporting executive personal brands
- Experience creating content for conferences, webinars, or events
