Senior Tax Consultant

Gulla CPA is building a national advisory firm focused on proactive tax planning for established business owners generating $3M to $50M in revenue. Our clients expect year round strategy and forward looking insight while staying compliant with tax laws.

We are seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with 3 years of public accounting experience who wants to grow beyond preparation work and develop into a true tax advisor.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a strong tax professional ready to expand from execution into strategic thinking.

You will:

• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
• Assist in proactive tax planning engagements
• Identify planning opportunities during return preparation
• Participate in client advisory meetings
• Support multi entity and multi state tax structures
• Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers on strategy development
• Develop communication skills for client facing conversations

This role provides hands on exposure to advisory thinking early in your career.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years of public accounting experience
• Solid foundation in business and individual taxation
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Curiosity about tax strategy beyond compliance
• Interest in long term professional growth
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
