Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and manage office staff effectively.
• Foster strong customer relationships to drive client acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare quotes and contracts and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle purchase orders and deliver exceptional customer service.
  
  
  

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably in the HVAC/sheet metal industry.
• Strong background in project management and customer service.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Proficient in SMACNA standards for duct work and industrial-scope projects.
