What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be hands-on and customer-facing. You'll be out solving real plumbing problems for homeowners, educating them clearly, and delivering quality work they can trust. This isn't about rushing through jobs. It's about doing it right.

You'll work 30 to 50 hours a week in a role where craftsmanship matters. You'll be trusted to show up sharp, think clearly, and treat people with respect. When you do, your work gets noticed by customers and by the team around you.
