Summary
The Division Order/ Land Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with operators, royalty owners, attorneys, landmen, accountants, marketing representatives, purchasers, and others to resolve title issues and ensure accurate, timely cash flow to the customers and others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage daily functions of the department.
· Establish and maintain communication with royalty owners, operators, attorneys, landman and others to assure tittle issues are resolved and payment occurs.
· Analyze title opinions, wills, trusts, mineral and royalty deeds, assignments, and mergers to determine ownership.
· Establish, verify, and maintain Division of Interest.
· Investigate and respond to ownership inquiries and resolve payment concerns.
· Investigate and assist with Unclaimed property reporting.
· Provide support and training to department personnel.
· Monitor royalty changes and mailing of division orders.
· Other duties may be assigned as needed by supervisor.

Education/Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
· 3-5 years Crude Oil experience preferred.
· 1-3 years Supervisor experience preferred.
· WolfePak (or similar system) experience preferred.
