Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential pools
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety
- Communicate issues with accounts.
- Ensure chemical levels are balanced and safe for swimming
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool
- Maintain a clean truck, inside and out.
Qualifications and expectations
- Valid Drivers License, with clean driving record.
- Previous experience preferred but will train the right person.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance practices, including cleaning techniques
- Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Work rain or shine. We work Mon-Fri, with some saturdays if you have to catch up your route.
- We work all holiday's but Christmas day and Thanksgiving.
- Expected to start route at 7 am daily.
