The Opportunity
- Provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
- Educate clients on preventative care and treatment.
- Collaborate with a skilled support team.
- Contribute to a positive, team oriented culture.
- Professional development meetings with ongoing feedback and goal setting.
- Leadership coaching and practice management exposure.
- Monday through Friday schedule of 7:30am to 5:30pm with consistent, strong patient flow.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected Earnings of $120,000-$150,000.
- Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance (Individual/Family).

Our Ideal Candidate
- DVM degree from an accredited program.
- Licensed (or eligible) in Florida.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive mindset and attitude.
- Passion for high quality veterinary medicine and client service.
- Ability for clinical, urgent care, emergency, and dentistry appointments.
