- With previous experience in construction, roadwork, manual labor, heavy equipment operation, transportation, or a related field
- With a valid CDL Class A or Class B driver license
- With a reliable work history and strong work ethic
- Who can work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, and weekends as projects require

- Who can successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and drug screening

As a member of our roadway operations team, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of pavement markings and traffic safety systems throughout the region.
- Assisting with roadway layout and pavement marking installation
- Loading, unloading, securing, and transporting equipment, materials, and supplies
- Operating trucks and company equipment as assigned
- Performing roadway preparation activities such as grinding, sealing, tape removal, and surface preparation
- Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining required logs and documentation
- Assisting with traffic control operations after receiving company certification
- Maintaining assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participating in all required safety meetings, training programs, and certifications
- Maintaining clean, organized vehicles, shops, warehouses, and job sites
- Reporting incidents, hazards, and safety concerns according to company procedures
