Role Description
The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will oversee and support daily food and beverage operations at the club. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Fort Myers, FL, and involves working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to manage budgets, streamline service workflows, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
- Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles and the ability to maintain high service quality
- Basic Culinary Skills to collaborate with the kitchen staff
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management in a food service setting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is highly desirable
- Hospitality degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management is a plus
