Overview
Our growing industrial engine and custom equipment manufactoring business is looking for an INSIDE PARTS SALES ASSOCIATE
Customer Service:
Provide professional, concise, and polite service for all customers and fellow employee interactions including in person, phone calls, and email communications with clients and internal staff.
Software Experience Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Point of Sale CC machine, and Inventory and Invoice Management Software. C-Systems Enterprise software experiences a huge plus, but OJT is available for C-Systems
Responsibilities
· Field Customer Walk-Ins, Phone Calls, and Emails
· Process Customer Orders and Invoices
· Process Shipping for Filled Orders
· Inventory Stocked Parts
· Generate Inventory Reports
· Order Stock and Special Orders with vendors
· Intake Received Parts into Inventory Management System
· File Stocking Reports and Dray Receipts
· Stock Received Parts
· Compile Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually Inventory Reports
· Maintain Good Housekeeping Practices for Organization and Safety
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Parts experience
- Minimum Associates Degree
- Effectively communicate in Business English language
- Must have professional and goal oriented perspective
- Physical requirements may include: pull, push carry, lift or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. or more.
- Comprehend and adhere to management directions and or safety instructions with no restrictions
- Valid and Current Louisiana Driver's Licenses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
