Job Overview
We're hiring a Field Manager to run day-to-day field operations for the top-rated window cleaning company on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This is a player-coach role for someone who wants more than a job: you'll drive the company van, launch technicians onto jobs each morning, sell door-to-door while your crew works, keep the schedule full, and train the reps you recruit. You're paid on everything the company collects — so when the business grows, your check grows. We run everything through our own app (scheduling, routes, quotes, pay tracking), so you manage with real numbers, not guesswork.
What You'll Do
- Launch and oversee technicians daily — right jobs, right standards, on time
- Drive the company vehicle; keep equipment and crew sharp
- Knock doors and close sales while your crew cleans — fill the schedule from the neighborhood you're standing in
- Book same-day add-ons and keep the week full
- Recruit and train door-to-door reps; quality-check completed jobs (photos, reviews, happy customers)
- Run everything through our app: dispatch, job status, quotes, completions
Pay (multiple streams, all tracked live in our app)
- 5% of ALL company collected revenue from your crew — from dollar one, every job, whether you touched it or not
- Full sales commission on deals you personally close — career ladder up to 30% of collected revenue, locked for life (never resets)
- Override on reps you train: 10% of their sales for their first 90 days, then 5% forever — plus a $150 bonus when your trainee hits their first $2,500 week
- $10 per Google review from your jobs
- Standard tech rate card applies when you work jobs yourself
What We're Looking For
- Proven leader — crew lead, foreman, or manager experience in home services, construction, landscaping, or similar
- Can sell face-to-face (door-to-door experience a big plus) AND run quality field work — this role is both
- Organized, accountable, great with customers; clean driving record
- Hungry — this seat is for someone who wants to build something, not babysit it
