NOW HIRING: Trailer Technician / Field Service (Hands-On Role)
Gulf Coast Trailers – Florida We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on guy who can jump in, solve problems, and get things done. This is NOT a slow, stand-around job. If you like working with your hands, figuring things out, and being part of a fast-moving operation, you’ll fit in well here. We are a small company with 7 shop employees, and 3 in the office. We are looking for a go-to maintenance & Wild Card Person to keep things up and running at all times, both at the shop and occasionally at our local dealers.
What You’ll Be Doing: Go to boat ramps and marinas to adjust trailers Diagnose and fix trailer issues. Welding and basic fabrication: Help build trailers in the shop Move trailers, assist with deliveries, and handle pickups. Step into problems and solve them without needing constant direction
What We’re Looking For: Mechanically inclined (you understand how things work) Comfortable using tools and equipment Reliable and shows up on time Can think for yourself and solve problems Willing to work hard and learn
Bonus (not required): Welding experience, Trailer, automotive, or mechanical background Experience towing or driving trucks
Pay: Competitive based on experience (We pay well for the right person who can actually perform)
