What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Consultant (TFC) position at Gulf Coast Social Services?
Our Baton Rouge regional office is seeking a Behavior Consultant . This person will be responsible for the supervision of a youth services caseload, and requires experience working with children and adults with behavioral disabilities, as well as service planning, scheduling and meeting program objectives.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a human service/mental health related field is required, with a minimum of one-year social service experience. Demonstrated ability in program accountability, consumer advocacy, community resource development, adherence to ethical and professional standards, and implementation of treatment plans. Must be organized, computer literate, highly professional, and able to handle multiple demands with deadlines.
Applicants must be willing to submit to required background and clearance checks. Valid Louisiana driver’s license and vehicle are required.
