Job description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities_
* Provide caring, compassionate service to clients by the telephone or face to face
* Use the veterinary software (Avimark) to appropriately enter client data and schedule appointments
* Accurately process client payments
* Resolve minor client complaints or refer the problem to a supervisor
* Communicate clearly with clients, team, and other members of the veterinary community
* Follow up with clients after appointments/procedures to check on patients and provide updates to t

_Education and Experience_
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 years veterinary hospital client service experience preferred
